You’ll be out on the road in a company vehicle, responding to live alarms, supporting sites, and dealing with real-time incidents across York. As a Mobile Response Officer, you’ll be at the frontline of our operation — trusted to respond quickly, think clearly, and act decisively.
Key duties include:
- Responding to alarm activations across multiple sites
- Carrying out mobile patrols using a company vehicle
- Supervising and supporting on-site Security Officers
- Attending incidents and emergency situations as they arise
- Conducting lock-ups, unlocks, and site inspections
- Checking on vacant properties and high-risk locations
- Acting as a visible and professional first response presence
No two shifts are the same — your workload will change daily based on incidents and alarms, keeping the role active and engaging.
Shift Pattern: Thu, Fri: 18:00 – 07:00; Sat, Sun: 19:00 – 07:00
Requirements:
- SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Someone who is proactive, reliable, and confident working independently
- Able to stay calm and make decisions in pressured situations
