We are looking for a reliable and professional Gatehouse Security Officer to join our team in Scunthorpe. This role is ideal for someone who is vigilant, customer-focused, and comfortable working a mixture of gatehouse duties and site patrols.
Key responsibilities:
- Controlling vehicle entry and exit to the site
- Booking vehicles in and maintaining accurate records
- Monitoring CCTV systems and reporting incidents
- Carrying out computer and telephone-based administrative tasks
- Conducting regular site patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Providing excellent customer service to visitors, contractors, and staff
Requirements:
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Ability to work 12-hour day and night shifts on a rotating 4 on, 4 off pattern
