An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and motivated Sales Administrator to join our small but ambitious office‑based sales team. This role offers genuine opportunities for future progression within the business. The successful candidate will ideally have experience working with CRM databases and sales support processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Researching and gathering information for new B2B leads
  • Making outbound B2B calls to qualify prospects
  • Adding and maintaining lead information within the CRM system
  • Administering and maintaining the Sales CRM database
  • Producing outbound email marketing campaigns
  • Configuring CRM workflows, settings, and email campaigns
  • Ensuring accurate and consistent data entry
  • Generating CRM reports and dashboards
  • Keeping up to date with CRM software updates and new features
  • Contributing ideas for improving CRM workflows and processes
  • Generating introduction meetings for the Sales Director

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a sales support or administration role
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and workflow management
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
