About the Role
We are looking for reliable and professional Relief Security Officers to join our growing team. This is a gatehouse-based position requiring strong communication and IT skills, flexibility to work both day and night shifts, and availability on weekends. You will play a key role in maintaining the safety and security of sites, staff, and visitors across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage access control and log all vehicles and visitors
- Conduct regular patrols and safety checks
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
- Respond to incidents and complete accurate reports
- Communicate professionally with staff, clients, and contractors
Requirements
- Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor)
- Good IT and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day & night)
- Must be available for weekend work
- Flexibility to travel across multiple sites in Yorkshire
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
