We’re seeking reliable and professional Relief Security Officers to join our growing team. This Gatehouse-based role requires excellent communication skills, strong IT competence, flexibility to work days/nights, and weekend availability. You’ll help maintain the safety and security of the site, staff, and visitors. While primarily based in Normanton, you must be able to cover Cleckheaton when required.
Responsibilities- Manage access control and log all vehicles/visitors
- Conduct regular site patrols and safety checks
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
- Respond to incidents and complete accurate reports
- Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and site staff
- Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor)
- Good IT and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (06:00–18:00 / 18:00–06:00)
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Flexibility to work in both Normanton and Cleckheaton
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently
- £12.21 hourly rate (paid monthly)
