Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Area Sales Representative who is ready for a new challenge and eager to grow their career with a developing business. This is a field-based role offering the opportunity to make a real impact by expanding our customer base, strengthening existing relationships, and representing Britocean within the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Manage and grow existing accounts to build strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Represent Britocean at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
  • Promote and demonstrate the company’s product range to customers and prospects
  • Plan and manage territory activity to achieve agreed sales targets
  • Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and negotiations
  • Keep informed of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and CRM updates
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in sales, area management, or business development
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working independently while being part of a wider team
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Experience in exhibitions or field sales is an advantage
  • Full UK Driving License
