This is a full‑time position for a Production Team Leader at Britmet Lightweight Roofing. The role is based on‑site at our facility in Tipton. The Production Team Leader will oversee the smooth workflow of daily operations, manage staff, coordinate and plan production schedules, ensure high‑quality standards, and effectively communicate with team members to meet targets and deadlines. The role also involves identifying opportunities for optimizations and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
