Are you eagle-eyed when it comes to detail and passionate about high standards? We’re looking for a proactive

Quality Inspector to join our team on the production floor.

In this hands-on role, you will perform quality inspections across different stages of the production line, accurately recording data to drive consistency and build quality.

Acting as the first point of contact for identifying defects early, you’ll collaborate directly with production teams to resolve quality issues in real time.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
  • Product Inspection
  • Check materials, components, and finished products against drawings, specifications, and quality standards within our set cycle time.
  • In-Process Checks
  • Monitor quality throughout production to spot issues early and prevent defects.
  • Recording Results
  • Complete inspection reports clearly and accurately, logging measurements, defects, and corrective actions.
  • Non-Conformance Handling
  • Identify defects, quarantine non-conforming items, and support root-cause investigations.
  • Communication
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Suggest improvements to processes, standards, or inspection methods.
  • KPI Support
  • Support the business to meet and exceed key performance indicators, including right-first-time and cost-of-poor-quality targets.
  • Health & Safety Compliance
  • Follow all site safety rules and ensure inspections support safe manufacturing practices.

  • IT Literacy - Able to complete digital inspection records with the use tablets or laptops.
  • Manufacturing Experience - Previous experience in a manufacturing or environment is preferred.
  • Proactive & Flexible - Proactive and flexible to the needs of the business, adapting to changing priorities and supporting operational demands.
