We're looking for an experienced fundraiser to manage and grow BYO's base of supporters. As head of individual giving you'll be responsible for finding, cultivating, and upgrading donors through campaigns, events, stewardship and personal engagement.
BYO has a very small core team, which you'll be part of, and a large number of freelancers and external staff that join for programmes, events and performances. Our registered office is at the London Coliseum but day-to-day, when our big programmes aren't running, we work remotely.
This job is advertised as a permanent, full-time position, but we're also open to flexible or part-time arrangements.
- Job type: permanent, full time (40 hours a week), including occasional evenings and weekends, although we're open to part-time and flexible working
- Location: hybrid – mostly remote but with regular meetings and attendance at sessions in London
