Great British Flying Club (GBFC) is seeking an experienced freelance multi-site operations consultant to help scale across UK locations over 3–6 months, averaging 2–3 days per week. Some travel to flying locations around the UK will be required.
You’ll develop the operating model, onboard new sites, create practical processes, recruit and train local teams, and establish consistent customer service standards while balancing centralised and local autonomy.
