Access Adventures is a registered charity delivering life-changing adaptive sports and activities. This position is a unique opportunity to join our small but growing team. The successful applicant will enjoy a highly challenging, but equally rewarding and enjoyable summer!
Seasonal position: Approx. May – Sept 2026
Hours: Full or part time (including evening and weekend sessions)
Pay: Based on experience and qualifications
Accommodation: On-site option available for the right candidate
Main responsibilities:
- Boat driving for waterskiing, wakeboarding and inflatables
- Coaching (waterski/ wakeboard/ trick)
- Instructing disabled skiers (providing support in the water)
- Assisting with other on-site activities
- Assisting with the day-to-day running and maintenance of the site, buildings, boat and equipment
Skills and Experience:
- We are looking for a motivated and adaptable individual with excellent communication skills, who can work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
- Ski Boat Driver Level 2 or equivalent
- BWSW qualified coach (Level 1/ 2) or experience within the watersports industry
- Disability experience useful but not essential
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Enhanced DBS Certificate
- Safeguarding and Protecting Children (SPC) Certificate
