We are now seeking a passionate and dedicated Content Creator & School Translator to join our vibrant BVIS HCMC team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging written, visual and video content for the school's website, social media channels, publications, events and communications.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns and event promotion to strengthen community engagement and generate interest from prospective families.
  • Maintain and update website content, news, blogs and announcements.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, on-brand and aligned with the school's communication guidelines.
  • Translate documents between Vietnamese and English, including school publications, marketing materials, weekly updates and event content.
  • Provide interpretation support for parent meetings, seminars, workshops and school events.
  • Monitor content performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement.

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree or Diploma.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
  • Strong communication, translation and interpretation skills.
  • Good ICT skills, including Office 365 and translation tools.
  • Photography, video editing, CapCut and Canva skills are desirable.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, flexible, positive and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
