This role places you at the heart of our operations, where you’ll be the essential link between our customer service and clinical teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Triage Support: Use your clinical knowledge to assess, prioritise, and direct patients appropriately.
- Diary Coordination: Optimise appointment bookings to support efficient workflow.
- Client Communication: Manage incoming chat queries, providing accurate and timely guidance.
- Call Handling: Offer friendly, professional support to owners contacting the clinic by phone.
- Pharmacy Support: Assist with prescription requests and medication dispensing, maintaining excellent stock control.
- Administrative Support: Handle tasks related to patient journeys, including insurance queries and case follow-ups.
- Client Concerns Management: Address and resolve client queries or issues early.
- Line Management: Provide leadership support to the client services team.
- Reception Duties: Manage clients face-to-face and via digital and telephone communication channels.
What We’re Looking For:
- RVN qualified with a minimum of two years’ experience
- Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
- A calm, compassionate problem-solver
- Someone who enjoys working closely with clients and supporting clinical teams
- Passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences

Role Details:
- 40-hour week across 5 days (Monday – Friday)
- Hours between 08:00 – 17:00
