Join a nearly 3-year-old, purpose-built clinic that prioritises a Fear Free approach to pet care.
This clinic is part of a rapidly growing group of independent, family-owned practices, where pets receive the care they would choose.
This role offers the chance to work alongside a highly experienced Clinic Director, two other vets, and a dedicated team of 5 RVNs, 2 VCAs, and 4 FTE front-of-house Care Coordinators.
With a preference for candidates boasting 2+ years of experience, this position is ideal for someone who enjoys a collaborative environment and has a great sense of humour.
The working schedule is designed to provide a balanced mix of consulting and theatre slots, with daily administration time factored in.
The role involves a 4-day workweek from 08:45 am to 7:00 pm, with 15-minute consults.
There is a 1:4 Saturday morning rota from 08:30 am to 1:00 pm, which will increase as the clinic and vet team grow.
Importantly, there are no out-of-hours commitments.
The benefits package is comprehensive and includes 5 weeks of holiday plus bank holidays, private medical insurance with Employee Assistance Programme access, and a £1000 standard CPD allowance with the potential to study towards certificates.
Fear Free training and accreditation are provided as standard.

Professional fees for RCVS and VDS are covered, and a relocation package of up to £5000 is available and visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

There are also ad hoc trips to Nice and Monaco for CPD, with the chance to win a trip to the North American Vet Congress in Orlando.
The salary for this role ranges from £50,000 to £65,000, depending on experience.
