- Friday nights focus on in‑patient care with no new emergencies (handled by an OOH service).
- Saturdays involve first‑opinion consultations and occasional non‑routine operations, concluding at 17:30 with no further on‑call duties.
- The average weekly hours are 37.6, typically spread over four days, with flexibility to adjust hours to suit your needs.
- The 1:4 rota is a fixed aspect of the role, ensuring a predictable and stable schedule.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include a mix of first‑opinion consulting, diagnostics, surgery, and dental procedures. Team
Join a large, independent, and well‑established hospital team of 14 vets, including CertAVP holders in medicine, diagnostic imaging, cardiology, and ECC. The practice also sees a significant number of exotic pets, with one vet currently pursuing a CertGP in Exotics.
