Position Overview
Are you ready to elevate your veterinary career and join a dynamic team in a practice brimming with potential? Look no further, as this role is tailor‑made for you. An independently owned, two‑site practice is seeking an experienced vet for each of its locations near Heathrow Airport. With one Director, two vets, a RVN Nursing Manager, Veterinary Care Assistants, and a dedicated reception team, this practice offers a collaborative and supportive environment. Both sites are ideally located on the outskirts of London, providing easy access to Heathrow for those spontaneous European getaways.
Location
The Hillingdon practice is just a 10‑minute walk from the newly opened Elizabeth Line tube, and the Hounslow practice a 10‑minute walk from the underground train station.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations, surgery, and dentistry
- Work closely with the Director and Nursing Manager
- Develop and deliver training in ultrasound (proficiency desirable)
- Develop leadership and business management skills
Benefits & Compensation
- Balanced work‑life schedule: four days per week with 1:3 Saturday shifts
- 33 days of annual leave, including a day off for your birthday
- Generous CPD allowance of £1,500 and four days
- Salary ranging from £55,000 to £70,000, depending on experience, plus a performance‑related bonus
