Are you an experienced vet searching for a fulfilling role that offers flexibility and a supportive environment? This full-time position, with options for part-time split or term-time contracts, offers a competitive salary starting at £65k+, depending on experience. The schedule includes 1 in 4 weekends with no out-of-hours work, designed to provide a healthy work-life balance. Lunch breaks are comfortable and there is a one-hour break to walk, eat with colleagues, and reset before the afternoon.

Responsibilities

  • Provide standard consultations (typically 15 minutes) with the option to take more time when needed.
  • Support a new graduate and work within a collaborative team environment.
  • Use Schedule 3 where applicable and contribute to a cohesive team.
  • Utilize the facilities available at the practice, including a dedicated theatre, large prep area, separate kennels and cattery, digital x-ray, ultrasound, and tonopen.
  • The practice also sees a range of exotic patients when needed.

Team and Facilities

Be supported by a team of three RVNs and a hands-on support team. The environment is collaborative, with a focus on teamwork and inclusivity. The facilities support varied cases and high-quality patient care.
