Key duties and responsibilities:
- Perform anaesthesia, monitoring, and surgical support, covering the full scope of RVN clinical practice.
- Lead nurse clinics focusing on weight management, post-operative care, vaccinations, and parasite prevention.
- Educate clients, particularly about the subscription membership model.
- Manage stock, care for equipment, and oversee practice operations.
- Mentor student nurses as the team expands.
Skills and experience:
- RCVS-registered RVN.
- At least 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in a first-opinion practice.
- Clinical confidence and a genuine passion for nursing.
- Excellent client communication skills—clear, warm, and reassuring.
- Enthusiasm for being part of a new team and culture.
