The Role

As Clinical Director, you will work closely with our Senior Practice Director and Regional Director, serving as a business-wide advocate for our core values. You will challenge and coach colleagues on their implementation, consistently embodying our values in all aspects of your work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of veterinary surgeons, registered veterinary nurses, patient care assistants, receptionists, and admin support.
  • Deliver high-quality clinical services while driving continuous improvement in clinical performance.
  • Foster high engagement within the team and practices.
  • Communicate effectively, delivering key messages within the team.
  • Collaborate with other leaders across the business.
  • Interpret financial information, data, and KPI dashboards to drive business development.
  • Identify new and additional services to enhance practice and team development.
