Are you a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon looking to make a significant impact in a thriving practice? Located in the picturesque Nottinghamshire, this expanding team of small animal practitioners are seeking a passionate professional to join them. Imagine working in a state-of-the-art facility near the stunning Peak District and the vibrant city centre. The practice boasts modern, spacious amenities, including in-house dental x-ray, digital x-ray, labs, and separate wards for dogs, cats, and rabbits. The practice is proud to offer advanced equipment such as laparoscopy tools, enabling them to perform regular laparoscopic spays and cystoscopy.
Join a dynamic five experienced veterinary surgeons, many of whom hold or are working towards specialist certificates in areas like Exotics, Surgical, and Imaging. The Lead Vet has a keen interest in Dentistry, ensuring a diverse and stimulating caseload each day. You will also collaborate with a dedicated team of five Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs) and a knowledgeable support team of seven receptionists.
The practice is a Gold Cat Friendly Clinic and an RCVS-accredited Training Practice, reflecting the commitment to the highest standards of care for both patients and clients. My client prioritise excellent client care and pet welfare, fostering a supportive team environment where like-minded individuals thrive.
This full-time role (40 hours per week) includes a 1 in 5 weekend rota (Saturday 9am-4:30pm & Sunday 10am-3:30pm) with no out-of-hours requirements.
