A friendly, independent, feline-only veterinary practice is looking to welcome a Veterinary Surgeon to join its close-knit and supportive team. The Practice: This single-site, cat-only practice has built a strong reputation for compassionate, high-quality care. The team is experienced, welcoming, and highly supportive, creating a positive atmosphere where everyone works together for the benefit of patients and clients alike. Based in a popular and busy seaside town with easy access to London by direct train or car. The clinic is well equipped with modern diagnostics and facilities, including:
- In-house laboratory
- Endoscopy
- Digital X-ray
- Ultrasound
- Digital dental X-ray
There are potential plans for future expansion, offering longer-term opportunities for growth within the practice.
The Role: The practice is open to full-time or part-time applicants and will tailor the role to suit the right individual. This is a first-opinion position focused on providing high-quality feline care in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- Confident with consultations
- Comfortable performing routine procedures, including basic surgery such as neutering
- Adaptable, friendly, and a team player
- Passionate about feline welfare and client communication
Consultations are a generous 20 minutes, with paid breaks built into the day to support wellbeing and quality case work.
