At the Halesowen branch, embrace the diversity of treating dogs, cats, and small furries alongside a skilled team, including vets specialising in Dentistry and Ultrasonography. Meanwhile, the Oldbury branch operates as a 24‐hour hospital, offering exposure to complex cases and a chance to work with a head vet renowned for expertise in bull breeds and a registered Cambridge BOAS assessor.

The practice is in search of a dedicated and compassionate Registered Veterinary Nurse to enhance a team comprising 6 Veterinary Surgeons, 7 RVNs/SVNs, and 2 kennel assistants. This role promises a fulfilling career with a focus on high standards of inpatient care, surgical assistance, and exemplary client communication.

The role involves a 5‐day work week (with part‐time options available), and no out‐of‐hours commitments. It includes a 1 in 4 Saturday rota, with a day off in lieu, ensuring ample time for personal pursuits.

The successful candidate will enjoy:

  • A salary of up to £35,000 per annum, complemented by a work‐life balance with 6 weeks' annual leave.
  • A generous £1,500 CPD allowance is provided, along with support for certificate pursuits, VDS cover, RCVS fees, and a pension scheme (5% Employee/3% Employer).
  • Additional perks include discounted staff pet care.
