A well-established, independently owned small animal practice in North West London is seeking a compassionate and skilled RVN to join their team. With over 25 years of service to the local community, this clinic prides itself on delivering high-quality, personalised care to both patients and their owners. Based in the borough of Hillingdon with great access to central London or green spaces across Middlesex and Hertfordshire.
Imagine working in a clinic equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including digital radiography, ultrasound, excellent surgical and consulting rooms, and a full IDEXX laboratory. You'll be part of a supportive team of experienced clinicians, skilled veterinary nurses, and dedicated support staff. Additionally, the clinic benefits from the expertise of a certificate holder in Small Animal Surgery; Diagnostic Imaging, as well as regular visits from diploma-qualified specialists in Ophthalmology and Orthopaedics.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Delivering outstanding patient and client care
- Assisting with surgical procedures and consultations
- Performing diagnostic tests and treatments
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Providing guidance and support to pet owners
Skills and experience:
- Registered Veterinary Nurse qualification
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
