Are you a skilled, experienced and compassionate Equine Vet looking for a role with variety, autonomy, and a genuinely supportive team? This is your chance to join a well-established, independent, equine-only practice set in beautiful rural Hertfordshire, with over 25 years of experience caring for horses and their owners.
This friendly, close-knit team provides a complete range of ambulatory and clinic based services to a loyal client base, working with leisure horses, sports horses, thoroughbreds, and even the occasional donkey. You’ll work alongside senior and associate vets in a role that blends routine and emergency work, supported by experienced RVNs, admin staff, and a proactive leadership team.
They are proud to offer a purpose-built clinic with fantastic facilities including 5 stables, a surgical suite, a fully equipped treatment room with stocks, dedicated lameness assessment areas, and a full range of modern diagnostic equipment, including an objective gait analysis system. As an independent practice, you’ll have the freedom to work up your own cases, refer internally, or pass to external hospitals as you see fit.
