About the role

This is your chance to lead a clinical team with the full support of an experienced Practice Manager and dedicated owners, allowing you to focus on what you do best—providing exceptional veterinary care.

  • Lead a clinical team

  • Collaborate closely with the Practice Owners and Manager to drive the practice forward

Work-Life Balance

Enjoy a balanced work schedule with a four‑day work week and only one in three Saturdays, ensuring you have ample time to recharge. Plus, there are no Sunday or Out of Hours (OOH) requirements, so you can maintain a healthy work‑life balance.

My client is committed to your professional development. Whether you’re looking to pursue further clinical qualifications or management courses, they’ll support and fund your studies. Additionally, all professional registration fees will be fully covered.

Stable and Supportive Team

Join a stable team where some staff members have been with the practice for over 20 years.
