Are you a dedicated and experienced Vet with a passion for clinical excellence and a desire to lead? This full-time, permanent Deputy Head Vet role in South Yorkshire offers a salary of £55,000 - £70,000 DOE and a 39-hour week with a 4-day pattern and a 1 in 4 weekend rotation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding preventative healthcare and diagnose/treat sick and injured pets.
- Support the Head Vet in driving clinical excellence and maintaining high standards across the practice.
- Mentor colleagues and help shape the future direction of the surgery.
- Contribute to a collaborative, learning-oriented practice environment with a focus on continuous development.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years UK general practice experience.
- Experience in a leadership role or readiness to step into leadership responsibilities.
