We have a forward‑thinking, family‑run, Independent practice looking for a passionate and enthusiastic veterinary surgeon to join their experienced team. The successful applicant will not only benefit from the current team’s clinical experience and specialist knowledge but will also have their ongoing support and mentoring.
This first opinion practice has a well‑established client base, providing a vast and varied caseload. It boasts excellent facilities including large prep area, imaging suite with state‑of‑the‑art ultrasound and DR X‑ray, in‑house laboratory and a spacious surgical theatre well equipped for a wide range of soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries.
This role is full time, permanent, working a 40hr week, over 4-5 days with 1:4 weekend rota. You will be entering a friendly, vibrant, and supportive environment, where you will be actively encouraged to develop your clinical knowledge and skills. You will ideally have at least 1 year of experience and should be passionate about always providing the highest quality of care to your patients and clients and hold yourself to the highest standard at all times. An interest in internal medicine and/or imaging would be beneficial.
The practice itself is based in a city in Essex, close to picturesque country parks and stunning countryside, with excellent local amenities and public transport. This location provides easy access to London city centre by train and the main London Airports, by car and public transport for travel further afield so you will never be at a loss for what to do in your spare time.
