Are you a dedicated and passionate Registered Veterinary Nurse looking to take the next step in your career? A Small Animal Practice in County Durham is seeking a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their dynamic and dedicated 24/7 team. This is a fantastic chance to lead a large nursing team and make a real impact in a thriving practice.

With three branches equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including a CT scanner and hydrotherapy equipment, you will have all the tools you need to provide the highest level of patient care and keep most of the work in-house.
Role Details
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week, either over 4 or 5 days.
- Competitive salary based on experience (£33,000 - £38,000 pro rata).
- You will be supported by four RVN Team Leaders and will oversee a team of 32 RVNs, SVNs, and VCAs.
Responsibilities include leading the nursing team, managing clinical and administrative tasks, and liaising with the wider management team.
