Team and Support

You will never work alone. Each shift includes up to three other vets, along with a robust team of RVNs, ACAs and receptionists. The fast‑paced environment requires confidence and strong clinical decision‑making skills, but you’ll always have the support you need.

Flexible Working Pattern Available

  • Standard Schedule: 2 x 12‑hour shifts every other weekend (average 12 hours per week)
  • Bank Holidays: 4 per year
  • Flexible Options: 1 x 12‑hour shift every other week
  • Flexible Options: 2 x 12‑hour shifts every fourth weekend

  • Salary: £28–£45 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)

  • CPD: 5 days with £1,750 budget
  • Professional Fees: RCVS and VDS fees paid, plus two additional subscriptions
