Join a dynamic mixed practice team of sixteen vets, sixteen nurses, three animal care assistants, and a dedicated management/admin team.

The practice prides itself on fostering a collaborative and nurturing atmosphere.

Whether you're an experienced vet or a recently graduated, there are ample opportunities for growth.

Enjoy a 4-day work week with a 1 in 10 out-of-hours rota and no full weekends.

The practice also provides on-call nurse support and a second vet on call, ensuring a balanced workload.

Engage with a diverse range of cases, including small animals and exotics.

The practice encourages vets to explore different areas of interest and develop their skills to a high level and they cover four return car ferry crossings per year, making it easier to stay connected with the mainland.

A degree in veterinary medicine is essential, along with a genuine interest in providing high-quality care to a variety of animals.

The ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive work environment is crucial.
