You will be part of a dynamic team of vets, many holding certificates in medicine, surgery, and diagnostic imaging, with others actively pursuing further qualifications. The role is diverse and engaging, with 50% of your time dedicated to sole charge branch work. If you prefer, a role focused solely on branch work with the hospital as a backup can be arranged. You’ll enjoy a balanced work schedule with a 4‑day week and a fair share of weekend duties—either 1:8 Saturdays and Sundays or two Saturdays and one Sunday every 8 weeks. Some contribution to the OOH rota is required for holiday and sickness cover, but the work‑life balance is carefully maintained.
