Veterinary Surgeon – Small Animal | Flexible Hours We are working with a thriving and well-established small animal practice in the South East to recruit an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly, progressive team. The Role This position offers excellent clinical variety, with a strong mix of consults and surgeries. You\’ll benefit from a flexible working approach and supportive colleagues committed to clinical excellence. Full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time considered 1 weekend per month (Sat 9–6, Sun 10–4) No OOH and no sole charge The Practice Recently renovated and purpose-built, this practice is equipped with: Digital radiography and ultrasound In-house laboratory facilities Separate cat, dog, and isolation wards A loyal client base with approx. 30% insured You’ll be part of a vibrant team of 9 experienced vets, 9 qualified RVNs, and a group of trainee nurses and client care staff. Clinical freedom is encouraged, and many team members are studying toward certificates – with full support provided for your continued development. The Candidate We’re looking for a vet with 3+ years of UK small animal experience, confident with both medicine and routine surgery. You’ll be a team player who genuinely cares for patients and clients, and who enjoys collaborating within a supportive environment.
