Veterinary Receptionist

Here at Beech House, we are looking for a kind, compassionate person to join our team as a Veterinary Receptionist. This is a part-time role on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.

Your role will involve:

1. To be the first point of contact for clients.
2. Relay accurately & action in a timely manner all messages taken.
3. Act in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
4. Welcome and register clients on arrival and make appointments.
5. Dispensing medicines as directed by the vet.
6. Taking payments, and cashing up.

We\’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual that is passionate about pet health care and experienced in using computers including Emails, Word, OneDrive & Excel.

About the rota

This is a part-time role covering 17 hours per week, working a variety of shifts between 8 am – 7 pm, with 2 in 4 Saturday mornings.
