We are looking for a Part-time Receptionist to join our friendly team at Market Vets on a temporary contract to cover maternity leave. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering excellent client and patient care.
The Receptionist role includes the following responsibilities:
- Warmly greeting clients and their pets with a friendly, compassionate, and helpful demeanour
- Efficiently managing the diary to maximize appointment slots, handle online bookings, and address emergencies while maintaining client records in compliance with GDPR
- Answering busy phone lines, emails, and other client communications
- Registering clients for the Pet Health Club
- Processing payments
About Us: We offer a vibrant workplace where you will be joining an enthusiastic and motivated team. You will join a friendly, caring, and progressive team of 11 Receptionists, 14 Veterinary Surgeons, and 15 Registered Veterinary Nurses.
Applicant requirements: We are looking for someone who is proactive with exceptional communication skills, has great attention to detail, and will enjoy a fast-paced busy environment whilst providing excellent customer care.
Your shift pattern: This is a part-time position working 15 hours a week across Fridays and Saturdays.
