About the Role: 4-day working week (40 hours) 1:3weekends (with plans to reduce this further) No OOH – work-life balance is a priority Diverse caseload – medical, surgical & consulting Collaborative approach to care across the team ️ About You: You\’re a motivated, compassionate vet with: Proficient surgical & diagnostic skills A team-first mindset and a drive to deliver outstanding patient and client care A desire to keep learning and developing in a supportive, innovative setting The Team: You’ll be joining a friendly and skilled team of 3 experienced vets, a dedicated nursing and PCA team, and an exceptional front-of-house crew. Together, they foster a genuinely inclusive and positive environment where everyone’s voice is heard.
