Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Perform reception duties
- Greet and assist clients
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Answer emails and post
- Keep the practice clean and tidy
- Safely handle dispensed medications
- Bank/cash up
- Control stock
- Attend team meetings
Qualifications:
- Previous reception/customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
Location: Avondale is located in a rural location on the outskirts of the small market town of Strathaven in South Lanarkshire.
Salary and Rota: 36.75 hours per week, Mon‑Fri between 7:45 am and 7:15 pm, plus a 1 in 2 Saturday rota, working 8:30 am – 12 pm.
