Salary: Up to £85,000 DOE | Hours: 4-day week | Full-Time

With strong support from a nearby 24-hour hospital, a friendly team culture, and exciting investment plans in new diagnostic facilities, this role offers the perfect balance of leadership, clinical work, and career development.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the clinical team day-to-day alongside a team of vets and the Senior RVN
  • Delivering a varied caseload of consultations and surgeries
  • Supporting and mentoring colleagues in a collaborative environment
  • Helping shape future practice investment and equipment needs

  • An experienced, MRCVS-registered small animal vet
  • Confident in sole charge and routine surgery
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, varied caseload
