Join our dedicated team at Cedarmount Veterinary Clinic, a well-established veterinary practice providing high-quality care to pets and their owners. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Practice Director to oversee the day-to-day operations, ensure the smooth running of our clinic, and support our staff in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the daily operations of our veterinary practice, ensuring efficient workflow and providing exceptional client care.
- Managing the practice's financial performance, such as budgeting, invoicing, and ensuring profitability.
- Implementing and maintaining health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Handling HR tasks including recruitment, training, and staff development.
- Fostering a positive, collaborative work environment to promote high team morale.
- Managing inventory, ordering, and maintaining supplies and equipment.
- Monitoring client satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns.
- Working closely with the senior management team to develop and implement strategies for practice growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a veterinary practice management role, or equivalent leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Financial acumen, including experience in budgeting and managing a P&L.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving practice efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both the team and clients.
