Fivelands Veterinary Centre, Moseley

We are looking for a dynamic head nurse, who will be passionate about supporting and encouraging their team, and working closely with the CD & PM in a leadership role. You will need at least 3 years of experience as an RVN, and be dedicated to organising the nursing rota, and the day to day running of the nursing team across the 3 sites, and having an active part in nursing, along with admin duties compatible with the role.

Ideally, we are looking for someone full time (40 hours per week) in the role which will involve approximately 1 in 4 Saturdays. We are 100% SA & there is no OOH.

About us

Our team is made up of 12 RVNs/ TVNs/VCAs across 3 sites that you will be responsible for managing, in our 9 vet practice. The role is based at our main branch in the lively village of Moseley near Birmingham city centre. We are an ISFM silver status practice, and have vets studying for certificates in cardiology and dentistry, and a visiting surgery certificate holder. We provide referral level abdominal & cardiac ultrasound.
