A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head Veterinary Nurse to join a dedicated team at a well-established, modern veterinary practice located in Mitcham, Surrey. The practice is part of the UK's largest, independent, family-owned veterinary group, offering exceptional care in the local communities they serve.
Hours: Full-time, 4 days a week, 9-hour shifts, 1:4 weekends, average 40 hours a week, participation in duty night rota.
The Candidate: The ideal candidate will have a good level of clinical experience, be confident, self-motivated, engaging, and keen to support the professional development of all RVNs, students, and VCAs. The successful candidate will lead the nursing team, consistently delivering exceptional clinical care and customer service.

The practice is fully committed to continuous professional development (CPD) at all levels and constantly seeks new ways to support skill advancement across the team.
