Your duties include:
- Liaising with the clients and the clinical staff to provide a high level of customer care.
- Meeting and greeting clients and pets.
- Booking appointments and diary management.
- Managing telephone and email enquiries.
- Taking payment for services and products.
- Managing cash and end-of-day banking.

Our welcoming mid-sized practice fosters a family-like atmosphere where every team member is valued and supported.
Your shift pattern:
The hours are Mondays 1pm - 6.30pm, Tuesdays 12.30pm to 6.30pm, Wednesdays 1pm to 6.30pm, Fridays 12.30pm to 6.30pm and 1 Saturday morning in 4 8.30am to 12.30pm, which averages out to 24.5 hours a week.
