You will be required to work across all surgeries. Experience within the animal industry is desirable but not essential; your customer service is so much more important as we are known for our outstanding service. Your role will be to provide an exceptional service to our clients and their pets. You will be the welcoming face when they visit the practice.

You must have a good understanding of computer programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook. A willingness to learn new skills, support service developments, and improvements is essential. Excellent listening and communication skills are required for this role. You must be able to work well under pressure and deal with everything that is thrown at you.

Applicants are required to have a roadworthy car with a full UK Driving License for travelling from branch to branch, especially on a Saturday.

Your shift pattern: This is a full-time position working across 7 days - 40 hours a week.
