This role involves working with the Sport Development team and Club leadership to set development goals, plan and deliver training sessions, ensure coaching consistency, communicate regularly with stakeholders, support team selection, adhere to conduct guidelines, ensure participant safety, promote high attendance, and support club growth. The role also includes monitoring attendance and supporting the club's administrative and developmental activities.
Requirements:- England Netball Level 1 coaching qualification (Essential)
- Set and meet development and performance goals with the team.
- Plan and deliver training sessions for player development.
- Maintain coaching consistency and philosophy.
- Communicate regularly with club and sports development staff.
- Support team selection processes and provide feedback.
- Follow LSBU Activeβs Coaching Code of Conduct and NGB guidelines.
- Ensure participant safety and equipment safety.
- Encourage high attendance and participation.
- Meet with the Senior Sports Development Officer twice a year.
- Support club leadership and sports development activities.
- Assist in increasing club membership and monitoring attendance.
