Purpose of job
To support the design, delivery, and ongoing development of strength and conditioning (S&C) across the University of Leeds sport programmes. The postholder will help ensure athletes benefit from high‑quality, evidence‑based training and support that optimises performance, minimises injury risk, and promotes long‑term athletic development. Working collaboratively with coaches, physiotherapists, academic staff, and external partners, the role will contribute to the effective delivery and continuous improvement of performance sport provision at the University.
