Required Qualifications

England Hockey Level 1 Coaching Qualification (or equivalent)

Valid First Aid Certificate

Training Schedule

Venue: Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre

Training: Mondays, 5:45pm to 7:00pm

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging training sessions that support player development across a range of abilities.

Help players improve their technical skills, tactical understanding and overall match performance.

Create a positive, inclusive and supportive training environment where all players feel welcome.

Attend training sessions consistently and work closely with the club committee and team captains.

Encourage commitment, teamwork and a strong club culture across all teams.

Demonstrate professional coaching standards and act in line with Queen Mary Students' Union's Code of Conduct.

Have an understanding of, or an interest in, university sport and the student experience.
