BUCS is seeking a Gym Supervisor to provide day-to-day leadership on the gym floor, ensuring a safe, clean, welcoming environment for members, students, staff and visitors. You will report to the Active Facilities Manager and help maintain standards, support the fitness team, and act as a key contact during operational hours.
You will hold a Level 2 or Level 3 fitness qualification, understand gym operations, customer service and health and safety, and be able to work independently.
