The predicted salary is between 33179 - 36384 € per year.

As a key member of our operations team, you will:

  • Act as Manager on Duty, ensuring LSBU Group facilities operate safely and efficiently
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures
  • Support continuous service improvement through internal and external audits
  • Ensure consistent health and safety compliance across all activities
  • Contribute to income generation and occupancy targets
  • Monitor, track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Work closely with senior managers to maintain and improve service quality.

You’ll be part of a rota covering LSBU Active’s full opening hours:

  • Mon - Fri: 7am - 10pm
  • Sat - Sun: 10am - 6pm
  • Bank Holidays & University Closure Days: 10am - 4pm
