The 2026 South East Conference Finals is due to take place at The University of Surrey, Surrey Sports Park on Wednesday 11 March. The Finals Day will see up to 56 teams battle it out to win their respective Cup, Trophy or Shield. Volunteers will support Surrey Sport staff coordinate the event and deliver exceptional experiences for students.
Role Description:
- Support with marshalling around Surrey Sports Park making sure finalists and spectators are aware of their pitch allocation and venue amenities.
- Provide excellent customer service to finalists and supporters.
- Support with venue registration and welcoming.
- Communication with Surrey Sport staff to undertake tasks provided on the day to ensure the day is run to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Assist the event organiser and Surrey Sport staff.
- Undertake roles on the day of the event that will support with customer service, sport specific delivery, and event logistics.
- Attend an event familiarisation day in-person at Surrey Sports Park on Wednesday 4 March.
- Engage in any on the day or pre-event briefing.
