Description

Cardiff University Netball Club are looking to hire a skilled performance coach to lead our 1st and 2nd team. Our 1st team currently play in BUCS Premier South 2 and are looking for someone with the experience and drive to help them get to Premier South 1.

Responsibilities:

• Lead 2 weekly on-court training sessions focused on high-level performance.

• Potentially lead a skills based (shooting) morning session.

• Plan and deliver a structured and competitive training program.

• Support team selection, match preparation and player development.

• Collaborate with the club committee, Students’ Union and University to ensure a high-performance environment.

• Attend BUCS Wednesday fixtures with a willingness to travel.

Experience:

• Coaching or playing experience at a high level.

• Understanding of BUCS Netball and University sport.

• Confident leader with excellent communication.

Training dates likely to be a Sunday and Monday evening, however we are willing to be flexible with the right coach.

Rate of pay based on experiences and to be discussed.
