Description
The University of Kent Men\’s Football Club (Kent FC) comprises of 3 teams for the 2025/2026 season: – 1st XI play in BUCS Tier 2 – 2nd XI play in BUCS Tier 4 – 3rd XI play in the Canterbury & District Football League
Having relied on volunteer student coaches, we are looking for a Head Coach to strengthen the club and take it to the next level.
Main Responsibilities:
– Work with committee members and team captains to deliver trials and select squads – Plan and lead weekly training sessions
– Communicate with team captains to select teams – Attend fixtures and manage the match day squads
– Adhere to Kent Students\’ Union Coaching Agreement A successful candidate will be able to attend weekly training sessions on Monday and Friday evenings, as well as fixtures on Wednesday afternoons.
